Actor-based app language that builds on Silverscript

In plain English

An app framework one level up: instead of one contract, you write actors — separate covenants that talk to each other — and Argent compiles the whole app down through Silverscript.

Many vault doors that work together: each actor is a door, and Argent wires the corridors between them.

When to choose it over…

  • Kaspa Script + Covenants++ — the base rule system built into kaspa transactions
  • Silverscript — high-level covenant language that compiles to kaspa script
  • KCC-20 — covenant-native tokens — the chain itself enforces the rules
  • vProgs / CDAG — native programs living in the dag — the research track
